Downtown Phoenix’s development scene gets a highly anticipated addition with the initial sale of Edison Midtown from Deco Communities. The midrise, which is described as urban contemporary, breaks ground this month and it is expected for its first residents to move in Summer 2016.
Located on Central Avenue in Phoenix, an area already buzzing with arts, music and restaurants, this $40 million project will add even more to the area.
“The excitement and energy for Downtown Phoenix development has hit fever pitch status,” said Rob Lyles, Partner with Deco Communities. “Buyers have been waiting for high-quality, new residential to enter the market, and for the first time in years, there are a number of projects underway that are specifically designed for urban living. There has literally never been a better time to live downtown.”
