Project "Ten" In Talks For Phoenix

Phoenix based architect, Irwin Pasternack, is in talks of developing an industrial business park located at I-10 and 83rd Avenue. This location is ideal for this type of project for many reasons, including direct freeway access to the popular I-10 and Loop 101.

This project, also will be known as “Ten”, has the potential to include retail space and buildings up to 1.5 million square feet. Irwin hopes to have at least 1 million square feet under construction in the next year, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.

“Phoenix’s long-term economic health depends in part on its ability to attract, accommodate and retain industry as part of a balanced and diversified economy,” said Phoenix City Councilman Michael Nowakowski. “This assemblage of land, with its high visibility and accessibility, is perfect for attracting new businesses that will be able to operate efficiently and profitably.”
