Predictions on Industrial Market Ring True
It seems commercial real estate professionals did a pretty good job forecasting the trends affecting the industrial market during the start of the recovery. 
According to recent reports, more than half of those predicitions made just a few years ago did in fact come to fruition including e-commerce growth, proximity to major cities for same-day delivery, and other elements that drive the need for industrial space.
