After careful consideration, the city of Phoenix is in talks of selling the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel in favor of a new downtown arena for the Phoenix Suns. DeskHub Inc. is a 17-000-square-foot office space with 100 desks and 20 offices available for rent.
