Next Gen Funding

Helix’s Next Gen Division handles all the loan related products and services. During the acquisition process, Next Gen conducts a confidential pre-sale loan by loan analysis and pricing, which is based on actual trades and proven pricing models constructed specifically for acquisition and development loans. Next Gen will manage all aspects of the due diligence phase including file imaging/re-stacking, secure electronic due diligence delivery, proactive and ongoing question and answer interaction, bid and negotiation of the loan sale agreement. Upon the successful acquisition, Next Gen will handle the assignment process, notifications, and title requirements. Additional services include negotiations with borrowers, asset management, foreclosure services and professional legal services.
