| Ryan Spiekerman is a founding principal of Helix Asset Management and is responsible for overseeing current assets as well identifying growth opportunities. Ryan also serves as a principal and founder of Helix Development, Helix Properties and Helix Capital. Through his 14 years of real estate experience, Ryan is able to leverage his background in development, management and finance to identify a comprehensive solution to the most complex real estate requirements. Mr. Spiekerman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also holds an MBA from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Ryan is actively involved in several charitable organizations that benefit childrens' health, safety and education. |

Adam Feldman has been a commercial real estate professional since 1992. During his real estate career, Mr. Feldman has represented a multitude of clients in the sale and lease of commercial, office, retail and residential property, as well as purchased a sold several properties for his own account.
Professional accreditations include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors, Phoenix Association of Realtors and Arizona Association of Realtors. Mr. Feldman is a graduate of University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business concentrating in Finance and Strategy. Additionally, he graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. |

Sarah Thompson has worked in commercial real estate since 2002. She specializes in landlord and tenant representation and has closed over 250 leasing and sales transactions. Sarah’s real estate knowledge encompasses all facets of retail, including new development, leasing and sales.
Sarah’s strong work ethic, personal service and thorough attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to both landlords and tenants. Sarah’s ability to develop lasting relationships with her clients is a testament to her dedication and hard work in the industry. | Peter began his real estate management career in San Diego California in 2002 and in 2005, Peter moved to Scottsdale, AZ and opened a commercial property management company. Peter’s management career spans over three decades with 24 years of experience in upper management in the hospitality business. While working for companies such as Omni Hotels, Promus, Hilton, Westin and Holiday Inn’s, Peter traveled throughout the Western United states and assisted in hotel openings, closings, conversions, customer service culture implementation and daily hotel operations. Peter was part of a team that created the Omni Hotels “Moments of Service” culture that is standard in all Omni Hotels throughout the United States today. Peter has implemented that customer service culture in the property management arena and portrays this culture through the working relationships with Owners, Tenants and Service providers. |

Jeff is a 1991 graduate of the State University of New York with a BS in Economics and Business Administration. He began his real estate career in 2000 following the sale of his restaurant and family entertainment business which he owned and operated for 6 years in upstate New York. A ten year real estate veteran, Jeff has been responsible for over 220 leasing transactions with a lease value in excess of 60 million dollars. He is also closed over 30 million dollars in investment sales transactions. As a former small business owner and investment property owner, Jeff is very familiar and sensitive to the needs of both tenants and landlords.
Married and a father of two, Jeff tries to instill his uncompromising work ethic and the importance of long lasting personal relationships into his two daughters Mia and Olivia. He is also the recipient of Costar’s Phoenix Power Broker award for 2006, 2007 and 2008 as well as being honored as one of Square Foot Magazines top five Phoenix Retail Leasing Producers for 2007, 2008. |

Bobby Bull is Senior Director of Multifamily Investments. Mr. Bull has over 14 years of commercial investment brokerage experience. Prior to joining Helix, he was the National Director of the Multifamily Group at NAI Global. While leading the practice specific group, he was charged with recruiting, generating revenue, market presentations, and leading product calls. While at NAI Global, he worked at the local Firms NAI Horizon in Phoenix, AZ and NAI Maestas & Ward in Albuquerque, NM. Prior to being at NAI Horizon, Mr. Bull spent five (5) years at Transwestern Commercial Services where he was one of the top Multifamily Investment Brokers in Arizona reaching as high as #3 in market share in 2009 according to Real Capital Analytics. Before joining Transwestern in December 2004, he was one of two Multifamily Brokers at Trammell Crow Company before they merged with CBRE in 2005. To date, Mr. Bull has actively participated in the sale of approximately $373,000,000 worth of commercial real estate totaling 4,972 units and 6,752 acres of land. He holds a real estate license in Arizona and New Mexico.
Mr. Bull graduated from New Mexico State University and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Arizona Multi-Housing Association and the National Multi-Housing Council. During his career Bobby has worked with a number of clients including Wells Fargo, BofA, CitiGroup, HSL Properties, LNR Partners, Gray Development, Wachovia, AIMCO, Archstone, Principal Financial, Atlantic Development, Alliance Residential, Sentinel Properties, Bascom Group and private capital.
